Our clients are hiring partners and general counsel who cannot afford a wrong hire, and elite attorneys who are not job-hunting but might entertain a discreet conversation. Both are intellectually exacting and trained to suspect persuasion. We answer them with calm, specificity, and restraint — not enthusiasm.
We carry a small portfolio so that every mandate receives our direct attention, from first conversation to signed acceptance. Discretion is the default condition of the work, not a premium service.
